Lueur ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at trylueur.com. Lueur is a telehealth platform that connects patients with board-certified physicians specializing in menopause and hormone replacement therapy (HRT). Our mailing address and contact email are listed at the bottom of this policy.

Information you provide directly

• Email address — when you sign up for our early access waitlist
• Name and contact information — if you email us or submit a support request

During pre-launch, we do not collect health information, payment information, prescriptions, or medical records through this website.

Information collected automatically

• Device and browser information — browser type, operating system, screen resolution
• Usage data — pages visited, time on page, referring URL
• IP address — used for rate limiting and approximate geographic location
• Cookies and tracking pixels — see Section 7 below

• Email service provider — we use Loops.so to manage our waitlist and send email communications
• Hosting provider — our website is hosted on Vercel
• Analytics and advertising — we use Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure ad performance. See Section 7 for details and opt-out options

We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Lueur, our users, or others.

5. Data Retention

We retain your email address for as long as you remain on our waitlist or are an active subscriber to our communications. You can request removal at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly. Automatically collected data (analytics, server logs) is retained for no longer than 24 months.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. These include encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), access controls, and secure third-party service providers. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses the following tracking technologies:

• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — tracks page views and email sign-up conversions to measure advertising performance. This pixel may collect your IP address, browser information, and on-site actions. Meta may use this data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can also opt out of Meta's ad tracking by adjusting your ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences or by using the Digital Advertising Alliance's opt-out tool at optout.aboutads.info.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, the right to request deletion, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.

Nevada residents

Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of certain personal information. We do not currently sell personal information as defined under Nevada law. To submit an opt-out request, contact us at the email above.

Lueur's services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will promptly delete it.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing them with your information.
