The agreement governing your use of Lueur.

Note: These terms cover your use of the Lueur website (trylueur.com) during our pre-launch period. When clinical services launch, these terms will be updated to include additional provisions related to telehealth consultations, prescriptions, billing, and clinical consent. You will be asked to agree to updated terms before receiving any clinical services.
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Lueur website at trylueur.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
By accessing the Site or submitting your email address through our waitlist form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
Lueur is a telehealth platform that will connect patients with board-certified physicians specializing in menopause and hormone replacement therapy (HRT). The Site currently provides information about our upcoming services and allows visitors to join our early access waitlist.
Lueur is not currently providing medical services, consultations, prescriptions, or treatment through this Site. When clinical services launch, they will be provided by independently licensed healthcare providers through a separate telehealth platform governed by additional agreements including informed consent for telehealth.
The content on this Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information provided should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice from a qualified healthcare provider. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site and any future services offered by Lueur. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
When you submit your email address through our waitlist form, you consent to receive email communications from Lueur related to our launch, services, and health-related content. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at hello@trylueur.com.
By joining the waitlist, you do not enter into a patient-provider relationship, reserve a spot for treatment, or guarantee that you will be eligible for or receive any specific treatment.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Lueur or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

LUEUR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUEUR AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
IN NO EVENT SHALL LUEUR'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lueur and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in the state where Lueur is headquartered, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
Class action waiver: You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you waive any right to a jury trial.
Opt-out: You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to legal@trylueur.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, email address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If you are on our mailing list, we will notify you of significant changes by email. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional agreements you enter into with Lueur for clinical services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lueur regarding your use of the Site.
